It’s not easy running around in a yellow cape as a mini-Bananaman. Everyone thinks you’re a kid ‘dressing up’ as bananaman.

Today I tried to chase a thief who had stole some crisps from the newsagents. But as I nearly caught him, the police stopped me! They thought I was an accomplice who had dressed up as Bananaman to cause a distraction!

So the theif got away, I got detained but the CCTV showed I was innocent. Well done British Police force!

I need to get some stubble on my chin…

Bananas out of stock?

Maybe I miss them but bananas are not in stock always.

And when in Australia last year, because Cairns became cut off due to flooding for months there were no bananas except by air. And that meant they were expensive, around $6 per banana.

I think bananas are over-rated anyway…hehehe, but not with ice cream…yum!

Being Banana Boy does have it problems – you might be destined to save the world when you’re older, but walking about in a blue and yellow cape at school can give some rude gestures and comments.

And making friends is all sooo…difficult. It wouldn’t be so bad if Batman Jr or the Hulk’s son went to school, but being surrounded by immature mortals does have it’s issues.

Still, it won’t last forever and I’ll be a fully fledged super-hero by the time I’m 18….

Where would banana boy go on holiday? Looks like maybe he’d go to Lake District but would he fit in with all the other kids in his blue and yellow caped costume?

I think not.

No Banana Boy probably would go to a camp for young super heroes – where he could mix with Batman’s offspring or maybe Supergirl Jr.

Failing that he could just play with his banana….

Start of the school holidays for Banana Boy.

That means lying in late and spanking his banana uninterrupted.

Late night TV and watching his pal Dennis The Menace on cartoon channel sounds like in order.

Then maybe he can work on some super hero lessons with dad…..and of course eating a few bananas.

Let’s look at some history – Bananaman is a fictional comic character created in 1980 for the Nutty comic.

Although the comic went out of print by the mid-80s, Bananaman lived on as a great comic character in TV cartoons from 1983 – 1986 and also in the Dandy comic.

This blog is mostly ‘banana’ related – and answer the question, if Bananaman had a son, what would he write in his blog?
